Regulatory news and changes

What should happen in the next 30 days?

Frontier Development research deskSection 04 · Page 9 of 13Last updated 26 October 2026

The following is an editorial work plan, not a statutory deadline:

  1. Days 1–5: map use cases, affected people, data categories and jurisdictions; assign counsel and a technical owner.
  2. Days 6–10: compare the map with current official texts; identify laws, exemptions, proposals and voluntary controls separately.
  3. Days 11–20: close gaps in notices, documentation, consumer-rights handling, contracts and test evidence.
  4. Days 21–30: rehearse a correction request, a model update and a supplier exit; record remaining blockers.

Keep the legal register attached to the pilot brief. If a new use turns an extraction aid into an eligibility engine, reopen classification before expanding deployment.
